Privacy Policy

Auwai is a portfolio property operated by Tixé World Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation. References to “Auwai,” “we,” or “us” in this policy mean Tixé World Inc. in connection with the Auwai service.

• Account and profile information: authentication identifiers, email address, display name, avatar URL, and preferred focus mode when you create or update an account.
• Synthesis content: prompts you submit, the selected mode, responses returned by AI engine lanes, the master answer, takeaways, run status, and related timestamps.
• Usage information: daily credit balances, guest limits, and synthesis history needed to operate the workspace.
• Technical information: information ordinarily included in requests to operate and secure an online service, such as browser or device details, IP address, and error information.
• Messages to us: the email address and content you provide when contacting support, privacy, legal, or partnership teams.

We use this information to authenticate accounts, deliver multi-engine synthesis, maintain run history and credit balances, support guest sessions, troubleshoot failures, protect the service, respond to requests, and improve reliability and usability.

Auwai sends your prompt to third-party AI provider APIs so they can generate responses. Native lanes send the prompt to the named provider’s API. Other lanes send the prompt through a single gateway model with lane-specific instructions. The returned responses are then used to create the master answer.

Those providers process submitted content under their own terms and privacy practices. Do not submit passwords, private API keys, highly sensitive personal information, regulated records, or confidential material you are not authorized to share.

For signed-in users, account authentication and basic profile data are managed through Supabase Auth, and synthesis run history and credit balances are stored in Supabase. Supabase acts as a service provider supporting Auwai’s authentication and data storage.

Guest usage is supported without an account. Guest history, preferences, and credit tracking may be stored in your browser using local storage or session-based storage. This information can remain on that device until you clear browser data or use Auwai’s reset controls. Auwai may also use cookies or similar storage needed for sign-in sessions, security, and essential service operation.

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Auwai, including authentication and database infrastructure and the AI providers or gateway that process prompts. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a corporate transaction involving Auwai or Tixé World Inc.

We retain account and synthesis information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Guest information stored only in your browser is controlled through that browser and Auwai’s available reset controls.

• Review or update available profile information through Auwai.
• Delete individual synthesis records, clear history, or reset guest workspace data using available controls.
• Ask to access, correct, delete, or receive information associated with your account, subject to applicable law and identity verification.
• Clear cookies and local storage through your browser, understanding that this may sign you out or remove guest history and credits.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Auwai is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
