Terms of Service

By accessing or using Auwai, you agree to these Terms of Service. Auwai is operated by Tixé World Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation, located at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Auwai sends a prompt across multiple AI engine lanes and synthesizes the available results into a master answer. Native lanes connect to their named third-party providers. Other lanes use a single gateway model with different lane instructions. Availability, provider coverage, response quality, and features may change during development.

You may use supported guest features or create an account to retain profile details, synthesis history, and credits across sessions. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.

You may not use Auwai to:

• break the law, violate another person’s rights, or facilitate fraud, abuse, harassment, or exploitation;
• submit content you do not have the right to share with Auwai and its AI providers;
• attempt to bypass credits, access restrictions, security controls, or provider safeguards;
• interfere with the service, distribute malicious code, scrape at abusive volume, or probe systems without authorization; or
• misrepresent AI-generated material as verified fact where that could harm others.

You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You authorize Tixé World Inc. to process that content and send it to the third-party AI providers or gateway needed to generate and synthesize responses. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts are lawful and appropriate to share.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated outputs for your purposes. AI providers can produce similar material for different users, so outputs may not be unique. Provider terms may also apply to their processing.

Auwai answers may be incomplete, outdated, misleading, biased, or wrong, even when engines agree. Outputs are generated by automated systems and are not professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other expert advice. Verify important information with qualified sources before relying on it or taking action.

Auwai uses credits to manage synthesis access. Daily free credits and guest limits may vary, reset, expire, or be adjusted to protect service availability. A completed regeneration spends a new credit like another run. A credit is an access allowance, not money or stored value, and it cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Auwai does not currently process payments or offer an active paid subscription. Paid plans are coming soon; any future paid terms will be presented before purchase features become available.

You may stop using Auwai at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, providers, users, or third parties; respond to legal requirements; address misuse; or discontinue a feature. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auwai is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Tixé World Inc. is not responsible for decisions made from AI outputs or for third-party provider services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tixé World Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from Auwai. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability relating to the service will not exceed US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.
